RockSteady 3.0

A new generation of intelligent stabilisation algorithm fuels the latest version of RockSteady EIS, which can effectively eliminate camera shake in all directions. It supports use while recording at up to 4K/120fps, providing a stable and immersive first-person perspective.

HorizonSteady

This smart stabilisation feature helps to eliminate camera shake in all directions, and even horizontally corrects tilt at any angle. That means footage can remain horizontally level, even through heavy bumps and 360° rotations. In addition, you can activate HorizonBalancing, which corrects the tilt horizontally within ±45° and supports recording stable 4K/60fps videos.

High-Strength Glass

Drop resistant and hydrophobic. The front screen, rear screen, and lens protective cover are all made with high-strength Gorilla Glass, which is not only wear-resistant and scratch-resistant, but also 1.5-metre drop resistant. Dual Touchscreens

A front touchscreen too. The front screen is convenient for vlogging and framing selfies and supports commonly used touch control functions. No more turning the camera around for parameter adjustments, mode switching, or video playback.

When the camera is switched between horizontal and vertical orientations, the user interface adapts accordingly. The touchscreens are also sensitive enough to be operated easily with wet hands.

Voice Interaction

Voice Prompt - Intuitive control, even if you can’t see the screens. Short press the Quick Switch button and the camera will voice broadcast the current shooting mode. Even if the camera is installed on a helmet or other hard-to-see location, you can accurately select the required mode and be confident you’ll never miss the moment you want to record. You can even add up to five sets of custom parameters to the shooting mode list.

Voice Control - Remotely control your camera with just your voice. Ideal for scenarios where your hands are busy, Action 3 recognises voice commands with a high recognition rate, letting you stay locked into the moment.

Stereo Recording

Exceptional audio performance means more immersive results. Reception direction can be adjusted for more targeted and accurate sound recording. A hidden microphone at the bottom of Action 3 even suppresses wind noise, giving you more audio-recording confidence in windy or high-speed scenarios.

Connect External Mics

Action 3 is compatible with DJI Mic, which is portable, easy to mount, and features a transmission distance of up to 250 metres. [11] Action 3 can also connect other external microphones using a Type-C to 3.5mm cable.

The DJI Mimo app unlocks the power of your smartphone to get the most out of Action 3. It uses cloud computing and AI algorithms to eliminate the selfie stick for skiing and snowboarding scenarios, [12] giving you breathtaking footage that looks like it was shot by a pro.

Action 3 supports livestream platforms and multiple resolutions for you to choose from. Connect with your world face-to-face at any time, and even record your livestream footage.

1. The DJI Mimo app is required for activation when using this product for the first time.

2. The Horizontal-Vertical Protective Frame is required for vertical shooting.

3. Before use, close the battery compartment cover and the USB-C port cover, and tighten the Lens Protective Cover. It is recommended to install the Waterproof Case for long-term underwater shooting or in environments with high water impact pressure. Osmo Action 3 and its Waterproof Case have an IP68 waterproof rating. Do not use the camera in hot springs or expose it to corrosive liquids.

4. The 120fps high frame rate is applicable to 1080p, 2.7K 16:9, and 4K 16:9 video specifications.

5. In order to avoid risk of damage, do not throw, strike, or crush this product.

6. Tested in a -20° C (-4° F) laboratory environment while recording 1080p/30fps video with EIS disabled and the screens off, and should be used for reference only.

14. The ideal attachment temperature range is -10° to 40° C (14° to 104° F). Do not attach to curved surfaces, and make sure the attachment surface is clean. It is recommended to press down on the attachment for 10 seconds after applying and leave for 30 minutes before use.

15. This product can only attach to smooth, flat, non-porous surfaces, and is only suitable for non-impact activities. When it is attached to the outside of the body of cars, motorcycles, or other vehicles, only use it on flat roads and at speeds below 80 kph (50 mph). It is also recommended to use with a safety tether to avoid accidents or loss.
