Launch Pad - Very Good, Accessories not so good
28 November 2018Overall the Launch Pad itself is of Good Quality. No complaints. The Bag it comes in ( tick) The Accessories ( Pegs to stake pad to ground) X :( - passable just Complementary Rise Above Sticker ??? :) Reflective tape for Night Flying - This is supposed to "Stick" to the Launch pad. "Good Luck with that". I pressed on it quite hard, walked over it, pressed it some more, and the darn stuff " sort of sticks". However, when you open it up again after being in the bag, it's just a mess of stickers. My Advice - Throw the Reflective Stickers in the bin. It's just a marketing gimmick, to think you get something for nothing!

Touchdown!
20 November 2017This is a great addition to my Drone set up. Not only does it clearly display my selected launch zone, it's also really easy to spot via the Drone camera when returning to base for a safe landing. Simple to deploy and easily cleaned & packed away into it's storage bag, and I can use the supplied pegs for secure placement on natural ground or compact weights for hard surfaces.

Landing Pad A+++
15 May 2017Awesome Landing Pad! Instantly makes you look more professional and creates a better landing surface incase there is a lot of debris/grass in the way. Helps the Phantom recognise the Home point a lot easier as well.

Land me here
12 May 2017Ah another review. Obviously they didn't read my first one so... Time to wax lyrical about a landing mat?? Well it’s big, 110cm, round, black on one side and orange on the other (stay with me here). The mat comes with three pegs so that your drone doesn’t blow the mat away and you have to chase it across the paddock. AND the pegs are yellow so you shouldn’t be able to lose them too easily; but you probably will. The mat also comes with a card of reflective strips. After some thought you realise you can fix them to the landing mat to aid night landings. Night flying? Most of us have problems in full light. Oh and you had better stick the strips to the orange side and not the black or you’ll have Buckley’s finding anything. The mat is also a good size to sit on and fly your drone from. Also don't worry about spilling anything on the mat as it's nylon and can be thrown in the washing machine. Hang on the mat is 110cm so it's going to be and interesting fit in the machine unless you use its carrying bag. So good value for the money and handy to have in your pack for those times when you are operating on grass or sand. Now what else can I buy?
